Class Description:
For the next installment of our Art of Touch series, we're focusing on a much requested and long overdue favorite: the back massage! This workshop is perfect for couples looking to deepen their connection and learn effective techniques for relaxation and stress reduction through slow, intentional touch. You will learn about what qualities make a massage relaxing and how to tap into your partner’s nervous system and encourage them to let go of their tension.
In this hands-on and interactive session, you'll learn a full back massage flow you can recreate at home. We will cover endangerment sites and how to work around them safely, as well as energy-saving body mechanics so you can increase the duration of the massage without bringing strain on yourself. No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and try something new!
What to Expect:
This workshop provides a warm and welcoming space for you and your partner to explore new ways to connect through touch. Join us for an evening of relaxation and discovery in the art of the back massage!
Doors open at 6:45pm, class starts at 7pm SHARP! Please be on time!
