Whether you’re curious about weaving plant allies into your power exchange dynamics or you’re a seasoned kinkster looking to broaden your toolkit, Botanica Erotica offers a grounded, enchanting, and body-centered introduction to plant-based play.

In this class, we will explore:

• Herbal Aphrodisiacs & Mood Support: How herbs can help with relaxation, embodiment, arousal, and easing performance anxiety or scene jitters. We’ll cover herbs that support dropping into the body and enhancing erotic connection without compromising safety or consent.
• Plant-Based Sensation Play: Leaves, roots, bark, and berries—oh my. Learn which plants safely create heat, tingling, cooling, or stingy sensations (and which ones to never bring anywhere near sensitive areas). Includes practical demonstrations of how to prepare, activate, and test these sensations.
• Impact & Implements from Nature: From ethically harvested switches and bundles to creative toys made from abundant natural materials, we’ll discuss how to identify, forage, prepare, and use plant-based impact tools that are both sustainable and surprisingly delicious in scene.
• Natural First Aid & Aftercare: Botanical allies for soothing skin, settling the nervous system, grounding after intense scenes, and supporting emotional recovery. Learn which herbs help reduce inflammation, support circulation, or gently regulate adrenaline and endorphin fluctuations.
• Botanical Sexual Health Support: Herbs and plant preparations that can support pelvic wellness, genitourinary health, lubrication, tissue resilience, and body comfort before and after play—plus clear safety notes about interactions, sensitivity, and appropriate use.
• Herbs for Drop & Emotional Care: Discover plant allies that support mood regulation, soften the crash after a big scene, and help maintain emotional steadiness. We’ll discuss teas, tinctures, aromatics, and grounding snacks that can become part of your ritual care.

This class is designed to be accessible to all experience levels, kink-curious or seasoned, herbal beginner or practicing green witch. Participants will leave with practical knowledge, safety skills, and creative inspiration for bringing the living world into their erotic play in ethical and sustainable ways.

About the instructor:

Maeve is a kink and ENM educator, erotic coach, clinical sexological herbalist, event producer and the executive Director of KinkFest. She has been studying the intersections of kink, sacred sex, plants, trauma, and personal alchemy for more than 23 years. A fun, sensual, and compassionate switch-witch, Maeve enjoys assisting folx of all persuasions to work towards their unique health, erotic, and sexual goals. She combines evidence-based teaching methods, anatomy geekery, goal setting, mind-body-spirit trauma healing techniques, communication tools, and a sense of playfulness, experimentation, and exploration in a non-judgmental learning environment. Her goal is always to help students and clients assemble a toolkit of things that work for their own unique needs and empower them to live their best pleasure-filled lives.
