Rope Lab is back! A (more or less) monthly instructor led workshop with a different topic each month.
We typically start off with single column and double column practice at 6pm for those who need a refresher and after that we'll have an hour and a half of instructor led Rope Lab.
The topic for this Rope Lab is lock offs! We'll teach you both a single point and bamboo suspension lock off with plenty of time to practice and skill share other types of lock offs
Keep in mind that being able to demonstrate a safe lock off is a requirement to do suspensions at SubSpace events.
The cost is $15 for members, $25 for guests/non-members.
We'll have a hard stop at 8pm so we can set up for our Rope Play Party.
